How to Make Nice Cream
At its base, nice cream is made from one ingredient, bananas!
This super-simple method of making healthy ice cream can be customized to a whole variety of flavors.
You can add in lots of delicious foods such as fruits, chocolate or nut butter to flavor your nice cream as you wish.
Today we are going to be making a vanilla bean nice cream with chocolate chips.
Nice Cream Tips and Tricks
We prefer using ripe bananas, however, if you are looking to try to hide the banana flavor a bit, you can use less ripe bananas
We use silicone muffin cups to set and freeze our banana ice cream. Not only is this the perfect bite-sized portion, but it also makes it much easier to store than in a large muffin tin.
If you want to freeze some nice cream for later, this is not a problem! Simply take your nice cream in the silicone muffin cup out of the freezer and put it in the fridge for 10 minutes to soften it up and give it the perfect consistency of ice cream.
