How to Make Baked Cinnamon Apples
- Slice the top and bottom off of your apple just so they sit flat.
- Scoop out the middle core of the apple, but leave the bottom intact.
- In a large bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients except the apple juice and mix well.
- Stuff each apple with about a fourth of the mixture.
- In the bottom of a high-sided baking dish, place the apple juice.
- Place the apples in the dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, basting the apples every 10 minutes in between.
- Remove, serve, and enjoy!
