Add the sugar, milk, salt, and cocoa powder. Mix well and bring to a boil.
Add in the peanut butter and when it’s almost melted, remove the pot from the heat, and continue to stir until there are no peanut butter streaks.
Add your oats to a large bowl and pour the liquid mixture over the top.
Stir until oats are fully coated.
Using a round ¼ measuring cup, fill it about ¾ of the way full and place it on the prepared cookie sheets. Use the flat bottom to lightly press it down and round it. A large cookie scoop would work as well.
Let sit for about 15-20 minutes or until solidified. Enjoy!
