Cheesecake Filling



  • Line an 8 or 9-inch springform pan with parchment, and spray with nonstick spray.
  • Combine the chocolate graham crumbs and melted butter together.
  • Press the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter into the bottom of the pan to make a crust. Set aside.
  • Beat cream cheese, pudding packet, heavy cream, and sugar together until smooth
  • Pour this mixture on top of the graham crust. Press to level.
  • Refrigerate.

Chocolate Ganache:

  • Microwave heavy cream for 1 minute on high, then add chocolate chips.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes, then whisk vigorously until smooth.
  • Pour over your cheesecake and spread in an even layer on top of the cheesecake.
  • Top with sprinkles, then refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
  • Serve as desired.
