Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake

Line an 8 or 9-inch springform pan with parchment, and spray with nonstick spray.
Combine the chocolate graham crumbs and melted butter together.
Press the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter into the bottom of the pan to make a crust. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese, pudding packet, heavy cream, and sugar together until smooth
Pour this mixture on top of the graham crust. Press to level.
Microwave heavy cream for 1 minute on high, then add chocolate chips.
Let sit for 5 minutes, then whisk vigorously until smooth.
Pour over your cheesecake and spread in an even layer on top of the cheesecake.
Top with sprinkles, then refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
