  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x5 loaf pan. 
  • In a large bowl, cream together the eggs, sugar, and butter.
  • Add in the milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and baking soda. Mix well.
  • Add the flour to the wet ingredients, mix well
  • Gently fold in the apple pieces
  • Pour the ingredients into the greased loaf pan, spreading evenly in the pan.
  • Bake for an 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the bread.


  • Use any apples you like - The best part of this bread is that you don’t have to use any specific type of apple. Use up whatever you have on hand. 
  • Thin out the batter - If your batter seems too thick, add a bit of milk or water to the mixture. Adding a bit at a time until you reach the proper consistency.
  • Thicken the batter - If the batter seems thin, you can add a bit more flour at a time until it’s just right.
