Vegan Key Lime Pie

– graham cracker crumbs – vegan butter – cashew nuts – mango – avocado – lime juice – full fat coconut milk – agave nectar – coconut oil

VEGAN KEY LIME PIE

In a food processor, mix the graham crackers then mix in a bowl with butter. Place in a pie dish and press it down to form the crust. Place in the fridge for later.

Add the rest of the ingredients, except two limes, to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the lime mixture into your prepared pie crust and place in the refrigerator to chill for a minimum of 4 hours (overnight is best).
