Heat butter and sugar over medium heat. Allow butter to melt, stirring constantly with a whisk. Bring to a boil for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

Place crackers on a sprayed foil-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Pour butter mixture over crackers and spread evenly. Bake at 400° for 5 minutes then remove from the oven.

Let the crackers cool for 10 minutes. Once the crackers have cooled, melt chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds.

Pour chocolate over crackers and use a spatula to spread it out evenly.

Top with sprinkles. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until hardened.
