    Ingredients

    • 4 cups corn flakes cereal around 4 cups
    • ½ cup salted butter 1 stick
    • 10 ounces mini marshmallows
    • 3 drops red food coloring may need more
    • 10 Swedish berries for decoration - optional
    • 1-2 tablespoons extra butter for your hands

    Instructions

    • Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
    • Stir in marshmallows and food coloring, cooking over low heart for around 5-10 minutes, stirring consistently until everything is melted and smooth.
    • Fold in the corn flakes, and gently stir to coat evenly. Remove from heat and let sit at least 5 minutes to cool.
    • Grab a large heart-shaped cookie cutter and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • Rub butter on hands to make it easier to shape your hearts, and drop a spoonful of cornflake mixture into the heart. Press to spread it out, then remove the cookie cutter and shape it into a heart outline. You don’t have to use the cookie cutters, but they help make sure you use the same amount of mixture for each heart.

    • Serve/enjoy as you like!
